Warriors Defeat Kings 118-72 for Fourth Straight Win

The Golden State Warriors continued their impressive run of form on Monday night, dominating the Sacramento Kings 118-72 in Oakland. The victory marked the Warriors' fourth consecutive win and moved them within one game of the NBA Western Conference semifinals.
Stephen Curry led the way for the Warriors, pouring in 31 points and dishing out 8 assists. The reigning NBA MVP connected on 12 of his 23 field goal attempts, including 6 of 11 from three-point range. Curry also grabbed 5 rebounds and forced 2 turnovers.
Klay Thompson contributed 21 points for the Warriors, while Draymond Green added 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 assists. Andrew Wiggins and Jordan Poole also chipped in 15 and 13 points, respectively.
The Kings were led by De'Aaron Fox, who scored 20 points on 8-of-20 shooting. Domantas Sabonis added 15 points and 12 rebounds, while Kevin Huerter contributed 13 points.
The Warriors took control of the game in the second quarter, outscoring the Kings 37-19 to take a 63-42 lead into halftime. Curry scored 12 points in the period, while the Kings struggled to find their shooting rhythm.
The Kings made a brief run in the third quarter, cutting the Warriors' lead to 79-66. But the Warriors responded with a 16-0 run to put the game away.
The Warriors will look to continue their winning streak on Wednesday night when they host the Memphis Grizzlies at Oracle Arena.
